EREN-MEETING IN ATHENS - celebrating 20th anniversary!
20 years ago, EREN - the European Real Estate Network - was founded in Rome. Marschall Immobilien is proud to be one of the founding members and looks back on two decades of successful collaboration!
At this year's EREN meeting in Athens, all members gathered to gain valuable insights into the current market developments in each member country. Through a series of business meetings and captivating presentations, the latest developments, trends, and challenges in the real estate industry were highlighted.
However, the meeting offered more than just a professional exchange – the meticulously planned accompanying program provided numerous opportunities to network in a relaxed atmosphere. Elegant dinners, shared outings, and an inspiring visit to the Acropolis created the perfect setting for informal discussions, strengthening mutual trust and understanding among partners.
These annual gatherings are an excellent opportunity to analyze the past business year, discuss innovative marketing strategies, and showcase some of the most exceptional properties from the members' portfolios. Particularly intriguing was the look at the different market trends across member countries. For instance, a notable boom in the high-end luxury segment is currently underway in Switzerland, Italy, and Greece, while the markets in Austria and Germany are displaying a more cautious outlook.
Our special thanks go to our Greek partner and host, Ploumis Sotiropoulos, who also celebrated his company’s 100th anniversary this year. His excellent organization and warm hospitality made this meeting a thoroughly enjoyable experience!
